These terms govern your use of hedly.ai and the executive-assistant services provided by Simera LLC under the Hedly brand (“Hedly”, “we”). By using the site or the services you accept them. If you sign a service agreement or order form with us, that document prevails over these terms where they differ.
Hedly matches you with a remote executive assistant (“EA”) who works with AI tools, under the plan you choose. Your EA works on the tasks you assign and follows the approval rules you set. We supervise quality, manage access and send you a weekly report.
The services are for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to bind the company you represent.
EAs are engaged by Simera LLC or another Simera group company; they are not your employees. During the service and for 12 months after it ends, you agree not to hire or contract a Hedly EA directly, or through another provider, without our written consent. If you want to bring an EA in-house, talk to us and we will agree on a fair conversion fee.
EAs and Hedly staff sign confidentiality agreements. We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the service. Each party may disclose confidential information when the law requires it.
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. For data your EA processes on your behalf, we act on your instructions and can sign a data processing agreement on request.
Work your EA produces for you belongs to you once paid for. Hedly keeps ownership of its brand, site, methods, templates and certification materials.
EAs use AI tools to work faster, but a person reviews the work. AI output can contain errors; you remain responsible for decisions you make on the basis of the work delivered.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Site content is for information only and may change. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation or submit false information through its forms.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its date; clients will be told about material changes by email. We will try to resolve any dispute in good faith first. The governing law and venue are those set in your service agreement.
